Baltic FAB/B4 Consortium representative in the project: PANSA + ORO NAVIGACIJA
Project snapshot:
The project consists of 2 solutions: Enhanced Collaborative Airport Performance Planning and Monitoring [SESAR Solution PJ.04-01] and Enhanced Collaborative Airport Performance Management [SESAR Solution PJ.04-02]. PANSA together with its partner ICM is participating in the solution PJ. 04-02.
Enhanced Collaborative Airport Performance Management sees the full integration of the AOP into the NOP, moving towards a total airport DCB process. This involves, among other things, a proactive assessment of the total airport capacity available, including terminal, stand, maneuvering area, taxiway and runway capacities, and taking into account the prevailing and/or forecast weather and other operational conditions.
This SESAR solution will build upon:
- The development of an APOC ‘What-if’ decision support suite that accommodates all the key performance flows of the airport, including the creation of a learning post-operations environment and intelligent optimization for improving what-if computation.
- The pro-active management of meteorological impacts on the AOP.
- The collaborative Airport/Network management of predicted performance deterioration (collaborative procedures and tools).
- The accommodation of environmental performance and restrictions in the AOP.
- Total Airport Demand and Capacity Balancing
- Post Operations analysis support and reporting capabilities.
